Steve Burr (AAE MIMI, IEng MIET) DIRECTOR - 07837 226 209 - [email protected] With over 40 years’ experience in the automotive industry, in 2018, Steve collaboratively established REVAMP to support the growth of the electric/hybrid vehicle industry. Steve has used his extensive knowledge of automotive systems to develop and deliver high quality teaching programmes in support of the retail after market and to support and advise a number of our clients on how best to adapt to the introduction of EV and AFV vehicles. Key responsibilities involve identifying client needs to clarify business requirements and training programmes. He is directly involved in the planning and the delivering of electric/hybrid vehicle training. Steve is the senior trainer responsible for leading the delivery team to design and deliver bespoke programmes. He develops strong relationships with key electric vehicle stakeholders across the transportation sector to support, analyse, and recommend training and development solutions. Steve is a technical author for the IMI and has recently been developing Hydrogen Fuel Cell and Heavy Vehicle Bus and Coach EV/Hybrid programmes for the industry. The future is bright! James Sampson DIRECTOR - 07840 838 239 - [email protected] James is well established across the green technology, alternative fuels and low carbon sectors, bringing a wealth of experience, technical knowledge and training expertise to organisations. James designs and delivers bespoke commercial programmes to help bridge knowledge, skills, technical and business opportunity gaps and is able to tap into an extensive network of OEMs, SMEs and industry/manufacturing partners fostered over many years. These include, amongst others: UK Battery Innovation Centre, Nissan (UK), Envision, Faraday Institution, Warwick Manufacturing Group and High Value Manufacturing Catapult. James has developed a number of green sustainable learning programmes across electric vehicles, lithium–ion batteries and hydrogen technologies. He is also a passionate and qualified STEM Practitioner. |
